1. Submit Your Modification Request
Submit your request using the form on this page. To make your request more clear, you have the option of attaching a single PDF or JPEG file while filling out the form (recommended).
2. Review The Modification Estimate
You can expect to receive an email from us within 2 to 3 business days with an estimate of the cost for the modification. The estimate will include the cost of the base stock plan and any modifications requested. Modification estimates are valid for 30 days.
3. Purchase The Plan & Modifications
When you’re ready to move forward we will assist you with the purchase, and your designer will begin work! Youwill receive preliminary drafts for review to ensure theconstruction plansare correct. Once you give your final approval, the designer will release your personalized home plans.
